Return/Warranty Policy
DEAN MARINE ELECTRONICS OFFERS A RETURN PERIOD OF 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT. A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS.

ALL CLAIMS ON DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE COMPLETE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING/ UNDAMAGED, WITH NO MISSING PARTS, INSTRUCTIONS OR ACCESSORIES, AND MUST BE IN RESALABLE CONDITION.
RETURN ITEMS DEEMED DAMAGED IN ANY WAY BY THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
OPENED AND / OR UNSEALED DVD'S, CD'S, AND CARTOGRAPHY ARE NOT RETURNABLE UNLESS DEFECTIVE.
ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.
SHIPPING, HANDLING AND INSURANCE CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
AN ORDER CANCELLATION FEE OF 15% WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROCESSED, BUT NOT SHIPPED.
UNITS REQUIRING SERVICE, EITHER WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE, SHOULD BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO THE APPROPRIATE MANUFACTURER.
REFUNDS FOR CREDIT CARD PURCHASES WILL BE CREDITED TO THE ORIGINAL CREDIT CARD ONLY!
REFUNDS FOR CASH OR CHECK WILL BE MAILED TO THE ORIGINAL CUSTOMER ONLY!
